1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using triggerAll's website (https://triggerall.com), subscribing to our newsletter, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

triggerAll provides:

  • Consulting services: Workflow automation design, AI pipeline development, CRM integrations, and custom system builds
  • Newsletter: A daily AI and automation newsletter delivered via email
  • Strategy sessions: Paid one-on-one sessions for in-depth automation planning
  • Content: Blog articles, tool reviews, and educational resources

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments for strategy sessions are processed through PayPal at the time of booking
  • Project-based work is invoiced on a milestone basis, with terms agreed upon before project commencement
  • All prices are quoted in INR or USD as specified in the proposal
  • Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Discovery calls (free): Can be cancelled or rescheduled anytime via the Cal.com booking link
  • Paid strategy sessions: Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. No refund for no-shows or late cancellations
  • Project work: If either party wishes to terminate a project, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date, including any work-in-progress at the current milestone

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: All triggerAll branding, website content, blog articles, methodologies, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property
  • Client deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use all deliverables (workflows, automations, documentation) built specifically for them. Underlying frameworks and reusable components remain our IP
  • User content: You retain ownership of any content or data you provide to us for the purpose of delivering services

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, triggerAll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to triggerAll in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. AI Content Disclosure

Our newsletter and blog content may use AI-assisted generation tools (such as Claude, GPT, or similar). All content is reviewed and curated by our editorial team before publication. We are transparent about our use of AI in content creation.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Some tool reviews and recommendations on our website may contain affiliate links. This means we may earn a commission if you purchase through our links, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend tools we genuinely use and trust. Affiliate relationships do not influence our reviews or ratings.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with and rely on third-party platforms including:

  • Beehiiv for newsletter delivery
  • Cal.com for appointment scheduling
  • PayPal for payment processing
  • Google Analytics for website analytics

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the operation of our website or services

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
